Hearings are granted within the institution on a daily basis: Mondays to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 12 am, and are ensured by specialized personnel, formed by experts and counselors. Also, upon request, those interested can be granted hearings with the leadership of the institution that is, with the Advocate of the People and his deputies, respectively.
Any information concerning the possibility of obtaining a hearing may be requested at the Dispatch of the institution which works for this purpose within the institution of the Advocate of the People, Mondays to Fridays, from 10 am to 2 pm.
