Audiences are granted within the institution on a daily basis: Mondays to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 12 am, and are ensured by public servants within specialised departments. Also, upon request, those interested can be granted audiences with the leadership of the institution  that is, with the Advocate of the People and his deputies, respectively.

    Any information concerning the possibility of obtaining an audience may be requested at the Enquiry Office which works for this purpose within the institution of the Advocate of the People, Mondays to Fridays, from 10 am to 2 pm.
